Order Processing & Shipping:
Please allow between 2 to 4 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped.
Note that processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons.
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your shipment's tracking number, on the email address you provided during checkout. Kindly note that you are responsible to monitor the delivery of your order once it has been shipped.

- Q: How do I know if my order has been processed in the EU or USA?
- A: The order tracking site will show you from which location the order has been shipped.
- Q: Am I able to get my order faster?
- A: We are working on offering Express services at an additional cost, however at the moment we are only able to use regular postal services.
In case your order has not arrived within the above timeframe, please give up to 5 more weekdays, the postal service may be experiencing congestion.
If you still have not received your order, don't hesitate to contact us, we will reach out to the shipping company to find out what's going on.
Taxes:
Some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
